Consultation Request & Approval Process

3.1 Submission Process

When you submit a consultation request through our website, the following process applies:

  1. You provide information about your goals, current situation, and budget
  2. We review your submission within 24–48 hours
  3. We assess whether we are the right fit to help you achieve your goals
  4. If approved, we send you a secure payment link via email

3.2 No Immediate Payment

You are not charged at the time of submitting the consultation request form. Payment is only requested after we review and formally accept your request.

3.3 Right to Decline

Helps Bridge Limited reserves the right to decline any consultation request for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Insufficient or unclear information provided
  • The request falls outside our area of expertise
  • Unrealistic expectations or misaligned goals
  • Previous violations of our Terms
  • Current capacity limitations

If we decline your request, you will be notified by email and no payment will be required.

3.4 Acceptance & Payment

If we accept your consultation request:

  • You will receive an email with a secure payment link
  • Payment must be completed within 7 days of receiving the link
  • Services commence only after payment is fully confirmed
  • Failure to pay within 7 days may result in automatic cancellation

4.2 Payment Terms

  • You are responsible for any fees charged by your own bank or card issuer
  • Prices do not include applicable local taxes, which may be added at checkout

4.3 Currency & Exchange Rates

If you pay in a currency other than Euros, the exchange rate is determined by our payment processor at the time of the transaction. Helps Bridge Limited is not responsible for currency conversion fees or rate fluctuations.

4.4 Non-Payment

If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your consultation, suspend service delivery, and pursue appropriate remedies for outstanding balances.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Refund Eligibility

✅ Full Refund (100%)

  • Requested within 24 hours of payment AND before any work or consultation has been delivered
  • Helps Bridge Limited is unable to deliver the service as described
  • A technical issue on our end prevents service delivery

⚠️ Partial Refund (50%)

  • Requested within 7 days of payment AND before 50% of deliverables have been provided
  • You provide a clear and valid reason for your dissatisfaction

❌ No Refund

  • After all deliverables have been fully delivered
  • More than 14 days after payment was made
  • You fail to provide information or cooperation we requested
  • Strategies are implemented incorrectly or incompletely on your end
  • External factors such as market conditions or platform changes affect results
  • You violate these Terms of Service

5.2 How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at contact@helpsbridge.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  2. Include your order reference, payment date, and the reason for your request
  3. We will review your request within 3–5 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method

5.3 Client-Initiated Cancellation

You may cancel services at any time by notifying us in writing. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the policy above, based on the amount of work already completed at the time of cancellation.

Important: We cannot guarantee specific results from implementing our strategies. Refunds are not provided solely because desired results were not achieved, as outcomes depend on factors outside our control including market conditions, your effort, and external platforms.

Service Delivery & Deliverables

6.1 Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timeframes by package (from the date payment is confirmed):

6.2 Your Responsibilities as a Client

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, honest, and complete information from the start
  • Respond to our requests for additional details within 48 hours
  • Grant necessary access to accounts, pages, or platforms where applicable
  • Be available for scheduled calls or sessions at the agreed times

6.3 Delays Due to Client

If you are unresponsive or fail to provide required materials, we reserve the right to pause the project timeline, deliver partial results based on available information, or cancel the project without a refund if you remain unresponsive for more than 30 consecutive days.

6.4 Format of Deliverables

All deliverables are provided in digital format through one or more of the following:

  • Email — PDF documents and written reports
  • Shared Google Docs or secure cloud storage links
  • Video or phone consultations (for applicable packages)
  • WhatsApp or messaging support (where applicable)

Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 What You Own

Upon full payment, you own the following materials created specifically for you:

  • Ad copy, content templates, and materials developed for your business

7.2 What We Retain

Helps Bridge Limited retains ownership of:

7.3 Your Materials

By providing us with materials such as logos, images, or website content, you grant Helps Bridge Limited a limited, non-exclusive license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering your services. We will never share or use your materials beyond our engagement with you.

7.4 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute our deliverables as your own consulting services

9.3 Exceptions

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is already publicly available, was known before our engagement began, is independently developed without using our materials, or must be disclosed by law or court order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.3 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco. By using our services, you consent to this jurisdiction.

12.4 Class Action Waiver
